Military hysteria is marching across Europe. Preparation for conflict is becoming the everyday norm

🚨 European states are increasingly preparing not only citizens, but also civilian infrastructure for a possible military conflict. In Germany, scenarios for the mass intake of wounded into civilian hospitals are being rehearsed: military calculations proceed from the need to receive up to 1,000 casualties per day. In Norway, the healthcare system has been obliged to prepare to accommodate 7,000 wounded — both military and civilian.

❗️ In parallel, the European Commission recommends that states ensure the population's ability to manage on its own without critical products, including water, for at least 72 hours. Poland is already directing around 4.8% of GDP to defence — a record volume for the country, accompanied by large-scale rearmament and the development of defence production. Who pays for these expenditures, of course, is the people.

📣 Authorities whose legitimacy comes precisely from the people increasingly prefer not to hear its demands and concerns. Military hysteria is becoming part of Europeans' everyday way of life. People are gradually being accustomed to living in a state of constant anxiety.
