Prezident farmoniga ko‘ra, "Yashil makon" umummilliy loyihasini amalga oshirishda jamoatchilik ishtirokini oshirish maqsadida "Yashil lot" tizimi qo‘llaniladi.

Bunda jismoniy va yuridik shaxslarga yashil bog‘ yaratish uchun shartnoma asosida hudud ajratiladi. Bunda hudud mulk sifatida berilmaydi, shuningdek, qurilishlar, kelishilmagan konstruksiyalar o‘rnatish va boshqa faoliyat turlarini olib borish taqiqlanadi. Bog‘lar aholi uchun ochiq bo‘ladi.

Согласно указу Президента, в целях повышения участия общественности в реализации общенационального проекта «Яшил макон» («Зелёное пространство») внедряется система «Яшил лот» («Зелёный лот»).

В рамках данной системы физическим и юридическим лицам на основании договора предоставляется территория для создания зелёного парка. Территория не передаётся в собственность, также запрещается осуществлять строительство, устанавливать несогласованные конструкции и вести другие виды деятельности. Созданные парки будут открыты для населения.

Какие же преимущества даёт эта система? Об этом рассказывает заместитель директора проектного института «Яшил лойиҳа» при Национальном комитете по экологии и изменению климата Фарход Дехконов.

According to the Presidential Decree, a "Yashil Lot" (Green Lot) system is being introduced to increase public participation in the implementation of the nationwide "Yashil Makon" (Green Space) project.

Under this system, individuals and legal entities are provided with land under an agreement for the establishment of a green park. The land is not transferred into private ownership. Construction, the installation of unauthorized structures, and other types of activities are prohibited on the site. The parks created under the system will be open to the public.
