ИИ — послушный джи(у)н, а не телепат.
Он выполняет запрос буквально и игнорирует очевидные вещи. Попросишь «свари кофе», не уточнишь «не разбей кухню», получишь кофепровод через стены. Формулируем задачу, как для стажёра: контекст, ограничения, формат и тд.
ИИ — бустер, а не замена людей.
В экспериментах MIT джуниоры с ChatGPT показали +43 % продуктивности, а топы выросли лишь на 17%. Обучать работе с ии надо не только лидов, но и всю команду, иначе прирост эффективности будет ниже ожидаемого.
