چگونه به Reviewerها پاسخ بدهیم؟(قسمت اول)
دریافت نظر داور به معنی رد شدن مقاله نیست. حتی اگر کامنت‌های Reviewer زیاد و سخت‌گیرانه باشند، یک Response to Reviewers حرفه‌ای می‌تواند شانس پذیرش مقاله را به‌طور قابل‌توجهی بهبود دهد.
اما یک اصل مهم را همیشه به خاطر داشته باشید:
هدف پاسخ به Reviewer، دفاع از مقاله به هر قیمتی نیست؛ هدف، نشان دادن این است که کامنت داور را فهمیده‌اید، آن را ارزیابی کرده‌اید و بر اساس شواهد علمی تصمیم گرفته‌اید.
۱. هرگز به Reviewer پاسخ احساسی ندهید! حتی اگر کامنت داور از نظر شما اشتباه باشد، جملاتی مانند:
❌ «Reviewer clearly misunderstood our study.»
❌ «This comment is incorrect.»
❌ «We disagree with the reviewer.»
را به‌تنهایی استفاده نکنید. به‌جای آن، ابتدا منطق علمی خود را توضیح دهید:
We appreciate the reviewer’s insightful comment. We agree that this issue requires further clarification. However, ...
یا:
We thank the reviewer for raising this important point. After carefully considering the comment, we believe that...
۲. پاسخ هر Comment را ساختارمند بنویسیدیکی از بهترین ساختارها:
Reviewer Comment → Response → Revision → Location
مثلاً:
Reviewer Comment:
Please provide a clearer justification for the sample size.
Response:
Thank you for this important comment. We have now provided a more detailed explanation of the sample size calculation based on...
Revision:
The sample size justification has been added to the Methods section.
Location:
Page 5, Lines 112–125.
