Minimus alternatives that wont mean rewriting every compose file I have

I run about thirty containers at home and a handful for a small side business and I had standardised on their images to keep the CVE noise down. Now I need a new plan before the mirrors go away. Im looking at two or three options and the deciding factor is how many compose files and Dockerfiles I have to rewrite. Some of them only ship a subset of the tags I use day to day. Which one did you land on and how much rework did it cost?
