▫️ Don't filter your thoughts

Everyone has a filter in their head that inhibits speech in unfamiliar situations. You may think that this or that thought she just won't like, or she will be shocked by what you said, or she will be bored. But when it comes to a woman you barely know, that kind of filter is a barrier to a meaningful conversation. Turn it off for a while, otherwise you'll only say the most neutral and trivial things. As a result you won't be remembered and the conversation will be empty.

Be honest with the girl and say what you think is right. Let her know the real you at the very start. Then you'll have an easier time communicating - she'll quickly become a friend, and then you can count on more if you want to.

▫️ Don't be afraid of the silence.

You place too much importance on pauses in conversation. You shouldn't be afraid of them. Journalists use them on purpose during interviews to let their interviewee speak - people are uncomfortable with silence, so they prefer to fill the silence with conversation. Silence is your helper. If in the moment of silence you just look at the woman and start waiting, not panicking, then the woman will open up - let her talk.
