⚡️🇷🇺🇺🇦 — Russian forces have struck 25% of Ukrainian facilities providing internet access and supporting Starlink services for the Ukrainian Armed Forces, Russian security-service sources told TASS.

The sources said the strikes caused disruptions to social media, while residents of Kyiv were unable to access video services.
