Немного странного контента 🙈
Финальная домашка по курсу Stanford LEAD Power of Story - это написать свою Leadership story, вот я решила написать в формате белого стиха, видео смотреть интереснее, чем просто читать текст - но ап ту ю)
I used to be a robot.
A bulldozer wrapped in spreadsheets.
My superpower?
I was going when others quit.
I'd shut down emotions.
Ignore my body.
Push through any environment.
I ran marathons.
Literally.
No problem I couldn't solve in 42
Just me. The road.
People followed.
Why?
I smelled of strength.
Of goals.
Of dopamine hits.
I believed in tools:
Take them.
Use them.
Win.
Six months ahead.
Maybe a year.
Just far enough to drag a team to the finish line.
Any complexity?
Neat boxes.
Clean rows.
Execution was my religion.
You're waiting for the turning point. Aren't you?
The dramatic breakdown.
The dark night of the soul.
The moment that changes everything for all.
But there isn't one.
Not in this story.
Integrity happened like tree rings.
Slowly.
Invisibly.
Adding layers.
Through mistakes.
Wrong turns.
Shame.
Regressions.
Through inner war.
Emigration.
One family ending.
Another beginning.
Through earthquakes.
Literal.
Metaphorical.
Through thirteen months of surgery—
restructuring a company,
reaching profitability—
when all I wanted
was to sit on the floor
and stop breathing.
Learning that "I don't know"
isn't weakness.
That "I need help"
isn't failure.
The old layers didn't disappear.
I still love my spreadsheets.
But rationality became wholeness.
Local expanded into global.
My ambitions were never broken —
Simply changed its color.
Its scent.
Its texture.
The "thin matters" I once dismissed?
As real as spreadsheets now.
Team culture isn't replacing numbers.
It's another layer of truth.
I unite cultures now.
Product and operational.
Without erasing what makes each sacred.
Integration isn't choosing.
It's holding both.
Fully.
Still waiting for that magical moment?
The lightning bolt?
The TED talk revelation?
Stop.
That only happens in stories
we tell ourselves
to feel better
about the mess of real growth.
Notice your changes instead.
Embrace them.
Especially when you catch yourself falling back—
that's when you feel it most:
the new ring growing
beneath the bark.
Slowly
