The funniest part is not Doug Ford threatening to cut off critical minerals to the U.S. It is that people in Sudbury barely blinked, because grown-ups in the mining business know Canada is in no position to play resource superpower after years of regulatory self-sabotage, federal green sermonizing, and provincial chest-thumping.
