GameGap dasturini Hicham Nouhou, xalqaro gaming eksperti va investor, O‘zbekiston GameDev sanoatining bugungi holati va global bozorga chiqish imkoniyatlariga bag‘ishlangan taqdimot bilan ochib berdi.

U taqdim etgan ma’lumotlarga ko‘ra, O‘zbekistonda GameDev eksport daromadi 2022-yildagi $3,8 mln.dan 2025-yilda $82,2 mln.ga, ya’ni 21 baravar oshgan. Shu davrda IT Park’dagi GameDev rezidentlari soni 12 tadan 75 taga, sohada yaratilgan ish o‘rinlari esa 127 tadan 776 taga yetgan.

Hicham Nouhou O‘zbekistondagi o‘sish hozircha asosan art, co-development va outsourcing xizmatlari hisobiga shakllanayotganini ta’kidladi. Uning fikricha, keyingi muhim bosqich xizmatlar modelidan o‘z intellektual mulki va original o‘yin mahsulotlarini yaratishga o‘tishdir.

Taqdimotda mahalliy jamoalarning asosiy ehtiyojlari ham ko‘rsatildi: 61,8% respondent moliyalashtirish yetishmasligini asosiy to‘siq deb atagan, ko‘plab jamoalar esa kichik tarkibda faoliyat yuritmoqda.

Nouhou investorlar va publisherlar uchun bir nechta istiqbolli yo‘nalishlarni ajratib ko‘rsatdi: co-development va art xizmatlari, early-stage IP, regional publishing hamda yosh talent bilan ishlash.

Shuningdek, O‘zbekistonning afzalliklari sifatida raqobatbardosh xarajatlar, Yevropa va Osiyo o‘rtasidagi qulay vaqt zonasi, 220 dan ortiq universitet, One Million Uzbek Coders kabi ta’lim tashabbuslari hamda IT Park rezidentlari uchun imtiyozlar qayd etildi.

✨ GameGap opens with a look at Uzbekistan’s path from fast-growing GameDev market to global player

Hicham Nouhou, International Gaming Executive & Investor, opened GameGap with a presentation on the current state of Uzbekistan’s GameDev industry and its potential to compete globally.

According to the figures presented, Uzbekistan’s GameDev export revenue increased from $3.8 million in 2022 to $82.2 million in 2025, representing a 21-fold increase. Over the same period, the number of GameDev members of IT Park grew from 12 to 75, while jobs in the sector increased from 127 to 776.

Nouhou noted that much of the growth so far has been driven by art, co-development and outsourcing services. The next major step, he said, is moving from service-based growth toward owned IP and original game products.

The presentation also highlighted the challenges facing local teams. 61.8% identified lack of funding as their main barrier, while many studios continue to operate with small teams and limited development budgets.

Nouhou also outlined several areas of opportunity for publishers and investors, including co-development and art, early-stage IP, regional publishing and talent development.

Among Uzbekistan’s competitive advantages, he highlighted its cost base, location between Europe and Asia, 220+ universities, initiatives such as One Million Uzbek Coders, and incentives available to IT Park members.
