🏋️‍♀️ Apple is working on a screenless fitness tracker

📰 According to Bloomberg's Mark Gurman, Apple has been exploring the idea for several months and is now developing prototypes. The prototypes reportedly consist of a thin fabric band and a sensor-equipped computing module, with no screen in sight – the key difference from the display-driven Apple Watch.

• The move comes as competitors such as Whoop and smart ring maker Oura are growing quickly, with millions of users each, prompting Apple to reconsider its approach to health and fitness tracking. Notably, Oura filed for an IPO this month, and Whoop is now valued at about $10 billion.

• The project is currently in the "technology investigation" phase, and it's reportedly backed by Apple executives Tim Cook and Eddy Cue, with engineers from the Vision hardware team involved in development.

📆 Apple hasn't decided whether to release the product, and if it moves forward, it likely wouldn't launch until at least 2028.

👂 First detailed leaks on the @iPhone 20 Pro have surfaced

Even smaller Dynamic Island and a "borderless" display.

📰 Apple is repotedly testing a quad-curved design — where all four edges of the screen are curved. The result is a smooth effect that makes it look like there are no bezels at all.

📏 The displays themselves will grow too: 6.41 inches for the Pro and 6.96 inches for the Pro Max. This year's current models sit at 6.27 and 6.86 inches respectively.

🎙 Apple opens its own concert venue Apple Music Hall

📍 The venue is located at London's Battersea Power Station, right under Apple's European headquarters, and holds 600 people.

🎵 Both big-name artists and up-and-coming bands will perform on stage. All shows are set to be filmed and streamed live via Apple Music.

🔔 The visitors can already sign up for updates on upcoming events on the Apple Music Hall website.

• So Android finally gets its own little "macOS moment." The real question is whether the partners can hold a consistent quality bar the way Apple does, or whether this turns into the usual mess — a dozen similar-but-different laptops.

😒 But Mark Gurman isn't inspired

📱 He says we shouldn't bother upgrading to the iPhone 18 Pro if you're already on the previous model. Social media is flooded with glowing reviews from tech bloggers right now, but a lot of that "excitement" is reportedly just paid promo dressed up as organic content — deals struck in exchange for early units, not real enthusiasm.

🤷‍♂️ He doesn't spell out exactly what's underwhelming about the 18 Pro itself. Probably because the upgrades are just that minor.

📍At the Apple Fifth Avenue store, customers were greeted by much of Apple's top brass: John Ternus, Greg Joswiak, Deirdre O'Brien, Molly Anderson, Steve Lemay, and Lily Rincon.
