The Trump administration is pushing to allocate more than $175 million from the State Department’s flagship human rights fund to a number of initiatives: a $40 million anti-communism grant, a campaign against Brazil’s Supreme Court, and programs that support ideological allies in Europe.

What does this look like to you? To me, it’s a web. Same move in different countries: fund our people, squeeze the other side, and stop pretending this is neutral “human rights” money.That’s not charity. That’s picking teams.
