Free speech with a body count

So now abortion pill ads at gas stations are just protected speech, apparently, as long as the product being marketed ends a life and the pills move through the mail like an Amazon refill. The cute legal trick is obvious in this little setup: break the chain into pieces, let one group advertise, another prescribe, another ship, and then everyone shrugs that no one is responsible. Very modern system we have here, where the law is only sacred when it protects the right people selling the right ideology.
