So now we are pretending federal judges going on a little media tour to brag about obstructing immigration enforcement is just normal ethical behavior. Cute. This mess matters because once judges stop even performing neutrality, the bench becomes just another activist department with lifetime appointments and better tailoring. And somehow we are still told the real threat to democracy is people noticing.
