— In the "Channel Messages" section, users can specify the desired number of stars/TON they want to pay for a message, as well as the desired time for publication.
To do this, they need to tap a special 💬 button in the message input field.
> An information block with details about the cost and timing is displayed at the top of the proposed post.
> The channel administrator can suggest changes to the text, price, and publication time.
> If you accept a proposed publication, it will be automatically posted on the channel at the specified time.
> Stars/TON (if the publication was paid) will be credited to the channel’s balance within 24 hours.
> If you delete the publication within 24 hours, the stars/TON will not be credited to the channel’s balance and will be returned to the user’s balance.
> Added the ability to forbid/allow channel admins from managing "Direct Messages".
> Return Stars to the user for paid channel messages if they were enabled, and block the user from channel messages (but they will also be blocked from the channel).
