In the new Telegram Beta version for iOS 11.13 (30945), when sending a message to a channel in the "Channel Messages" section, users can specify the number of stars they are willing to pay the channel for publication and the desired publication time. To do this, they need to tap a special 💬 button in the message input field.

An information block with details about the cost and timing is displayed at the top of the proposed post.

The channel administrator can suggest changes to the text, price, and publication time.
