In the new Telegram Beta version for iOS 11.13 (30945), the ability to create task lists has been added. Each list can have up to 30 items.

When sending a task list to a group, you can configure:
× Collective status management. You can also permit other users to mark tasks as completed or remove this mark. In this case, the avatar of the person who completed the task is displayed next to the checkmark.
× Collaborative editing. The creator can allow all participants to add new items.

Creation is available in both personal chats and groups.
