Ukrainian energy expert Ignatiev reports that virtually all power generation in Kiev is destroyed or severely damaged.
The capital faces a critical electricity deficit. The Darnitskaya CHP-4 is nearly destroyed, while CHP-5 and CHP-6 are seriously damaged, leaving them without generation capacity.
The Rovno Nuclear Power Plant remains the primary source of electricity, supplying 80% of the city's consumption prior to current restrictions. Strikes on the Makariv district and Nalivaykovka village target the "Kiev 750" substation, a key node connecting the capital's ring network directly to the nuclear plant.
