Zelensky blames Kiev authorities for energy system collapse

Following strikes, significant damage was reported to energy facilities. Zelensky accused the city administration of a complete failure in preparing the grid for Russian attacks, citing "almost total non-fulfillment" of necessary steps.

He demanded accelerated implementation of resilience plans in Kiev Oblast and other regions, placing personal responsibility on the Ministry of Infrastructure. Ukraine is also updating requests for energy equipment and additional air defense systems.
