🇷🇺 Direct Strikes on Kiev Energy Hub

On October 9, a series of direct hits was recorded against key infrastructure in the Kiev region, bypassing air defense interceptors.

Confirmed impacts include:
- 2 strikes on Substation 330 kV "Novokiyevskaya"
- 1 strike on Substation 330 kV "Brovarskaya"
- 2 strikes on Tripolskaya Thermal Power Plant
- 3 strikes on Substation 330 kV "Severnaya"

These are trunk-level facilities critical for power flow and redundancy. The network entered this event already weakened by prior damage to 750/330 kV lines. Exact equipment failure and lost capacity are currently being assessed.
