The minimum wallet balance withdrawal fee has been reduced from USD 2 to USD 1. The applicable fee is subject to the amount displayed in the control panel at the time of withdrawal.

All customers can also claim one withdrawal fee voucher per calendar year, providing a USD 1 deduction from the withdrawal fee. The voucher is available on the Wallet → Withdraw page in the control panel.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase and request a refund within 24 hours of purchase, applying this voucher may reduce your wallet withdrawal fee to as little as USD 0, lowering the cost of trying our services.
