SkyPro Tokyo Service Quality Goodwill Program

Recent network quality issues affecting the SkyPro Tokyo product line have impacted your service experience.

The China-optimized routes for SkyPro Tokyo have now been fully restored, and you should see a significant improvement in service quality.

As a gesture of goodwill and to apologize for the disruption, we are proactively offering affected customers a one-time goodwill payment equivalent to 15 days of service.

Once claimed, the payment will be credited to your account balance. You may use the balance toward service renewals or new purchases, or request a withdrawal. The total goodwill payment is capped at US$50 per customer.

Eligibility

You are eligible if:
- You must had an active SkyPro Tokyo service as of September 25, 2026 at 22:00 UTC.
- If your service had expired and was suspended at that time but had not yet been terminated, you may still claim the goodwill payment after renewing the service.

How to Claim

1. Sign in to the Client Area and and open the Claims & Credits. A reminder will also appear on the Client Area home page.
2. Click Claim. The amount will be credited to your account balance immediately.
