Network Outage Notice - SkyPro Tokyo

Dear customers,

Due to an unexpected router failure, SkyPro Tokyo product line experienced a network outage to mainland China, which has now been fully restored.

The network outage affected from 11:15 to 14:20 on Aug 18, 2026 (UTC).

The Service Downtime Compensation is now available for claim. If you have any question, feel free to submit a ticket.
