Network Outage Notice - Tokyo Region

Dear customers,

Due to an unexpected equipment failure at our upstream network provider, all services in the Tokyo region experienced a temporary network outage, which has now been fully restored.

The affected product lines and scope are as follows (UTC time):
SkyPro Tokyo: 2026-06-14 15:52 ~ 2026-06-14 17:36, affected for approximately 1 hour 44 minutes
SkyLite Tokyo: 2026-06-14 16:36 ~ 2026-06-14 17:28, affected for approximately 52 minutes
SkyRack Tokyo: 2026-06-14 16:36 ~ 2026-06-14 17:16, affected for approximately 40 minutes
Other regions and other services were not affected.

The Service Downtime Compensation is now available for claim. If you have any question, feel free to submit a ticket.
