IP Address Migration Completed – SkyPro Hong Kong

The IP address replacement for SkyPro Hong Kong has been fully completed.
Please log in to the Client Area to view the new IP address of your instance.

- IPv6 addresses (if applicable) remain unchanged.
- The old IPv4 addresses are currently retained temporarily. Please update your system configuration to use the new IP as soon as possible.
- We can no longer guarantee the availability or connectivity of the old IPv4 addresses.

If your instance has not been configured with the new IP and is no longer accessible, you may try the following methods:

- Reboot the instance in the Client Area — the system may automatically obtain the new IP;
- Access the instance via VNC and manually configure the new IP address;
- Or rebuild the instance to directly use the new IP address.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this migration process.
If you require any assistance, please submit a support ticket — our team will do its best to help.
