Scheduled Infrastructure Maintenance - SkyPro Hong Kong

We have scheduled hardware upgrades in the Hong Kong region on May 29, 2025. This maintenance aims to expand service capacity and address some current performance issues.

Affected Scope: All SkyPro Hong Kong Cloud Servers
Start Time: May 29, 2025, 14:00 (UTC)
Est. Duration: 4 to 8 hours

At the start of the maintenance, we will issue shutdown commands to all cloud servers. Servers that have not shut down within a few minutes will be forcibly powered off. Please prepare accordingly in advance.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. After the maintenance is completed, you can claim compensation through the console based on the actual downtime experienced.
