Growth & Partnerships Director

OpenEden operates a leading real-world asset (RWA) tokenization platform with a strong focus on regulatory standards and advanced financial technology. Founded in 2022, the company provides secure, transparent, and compliant on-chain access to tokenized RWA through regulated entities in Bermuda and the BVI.

Responsibilities:

- Manage a pipeline of institutional clients including crypto treasuries, DAOs, and crypto funds
- Identify, pitch, and create product demos
- Coordinate with marketing to develop BD strategies and initiatives
- Own end-to-end client relationships from onboarding to commercialization
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders across teams and geographies

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years in a client-facing role
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Rigorous self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for real-world assets and OpenEden’s mission
- Entrepreneurial, relentless, with a strong work ethic
- Familiarity with the crypto and DeFi industry
- Proven ability to commercialize deals and build partnerships
