Just updated my system emacs from 30.2 to 31.1.
Emacs (which was working fine with my Doom setup) boots with an warning (which I can't copy) - something like
...doom hasn't been initialized yet ...
and an error
... void variable doom-modules
Ran a
doom upgrade and doom sync and the output of that is:> Synchronizing "_default" profile...
! Emacs version has changed since last sync (from 30.2 to 31.1)
Installed packages must be rebuilt. Do so now? (y or n) y
x There was an unexpected runtime error
Message: Could not find package let-completion. Updating recipe repositories: (org-elpa melpa nongnu-elpa gnu-elpa-mirror el-get emacsmirror-mirror) with ‘straight-pull-recipe-repositories’ may fix this
I can't seem to run the
straight command from within broken emacs, so I'm a bit stuck here.I'd be grateful for any pointers
