Getting outlook calendars into emacs

There were a few recent posts on this and I wanted to add my current workaround while fighting IT to get proper oauth2 tokens. It turns out we have the claude MCP server installed for office and it's wide open so I set up a periodic job to launch claude code, ask it to retrieve my calendar and dump it in org format to a local file.

So far I can't seem to find a way to piggyback directly on its token - using the MCP server directly would be a lot faster but it's not in any of the config files. So I am also curious if anyone has gone down this route in a more streamlined fashion.
