kubect: A text focused Emacs interface Kubernetes workflows through kubectl

I finally "merged" a bunch of random helper functions and functionality I build over the years of using Emacs to interact with Kubernetes into a package, I've been using for a while locally and moved it into a public GitHub repository today if anyone is interested.
