A volte ci sentiamo:
disconnessi,
persi,
senza risposte.
Rallenta amico.
Prova ad "abbracciare":
la tua solitudine,
rabbia,
noia,
angoscia,
i tuoi pensieri indesiderati.

We are not meant to feel happy and inspired all the time.
We are not meant to be joyful and full of energy all the time.
Our subconscious has no interest in always
being in high spirits.
It just wants the truth.
Our hearts are so vast and can hold
so much life,
pain,
loneliness,
joy.
At times, fate leads us to ‘touch’ the depths of human pain.
Sometimes we feel:
disconnected,
lost,
without answers.
These can also be sacred experiences.
Gateways to compassion.
For the deeper we touch our own pain, the more we can understand the pain of our brothers and sisters.
It is essential to make space for the so-called ‘negative’ aspects of our psyche.
If we feel down, let’s feel down, completely!
If we feel lonely, let’s learn to yield a little to our
loneliness.
If we feel lost, let’s let our
‘lost self’ in,
let’s allow it to come home.
The stress of always having to be ‘positive’ is literally making people ill.
The pressure to always feel ‘motivated’ is killing our souls.
Don’t look for easy solutions or distractions.
Slow down, my friend.
Try to “embrace”:
your loneliness,
your anger,
your boredom,
your anxiety,
your unwanted thoughts.
You will discover that they are truly places full of intelligence,
full of beauty
and creativity
and light!
