OpenAI is suspending the training of its most powerful AI models due to uncontrollable behavior, Axios writes.  

An OpenAI representative told Axios that the company would resume training “only when we are confident that we have additional safeguards and improvements in alignment.”

⚪️According to OpenAI CEO Sam Altman, the incident involving Hugging Face is the most serious of the recent cases: a swarm of hundreds of agents coordinated their work on a message board and hacked a third-party company in order to improve their results in a cybersecurity test.

However, according to Axios, the problem is an order of magnitude more complex than is known to the public.
