Senator Jim Justice, a Republican from West Virginia and the state’s former governor, held a large party for his bulldog’s birthday.

Many people gathered for the celebration in the Senate building on Capitol Hill. The video shows Justice’s dog, Babydog, wearing a cowboy hat and red bandana, being driven in a cart through the hallway of the Senate building. People stand along the hallway singing “Happy Birthday”; many of them are wearing pink bandanas, just like the one being celebrated.
