工作职责：
1、规划英文网站的seo架构，提升网站在Google搜索引擎的排名
2、监控、分析、评估网站的关键词，设定关键字策略，提升关键词的搜索排名；
3、负责网站点SEO项目，制定策略并监督落实执行，确保流量目标的达成
4、分析Google、Bing等主流搜索引擎收录和排名规则, 提出SEO策略，不断调整完善各个站点的SEO实施方案
5、分析和总结竞争对手的SEO手法和创新做法，定期提出行业观点，拓展业务新方向，保持业内领先水平
6、负责提出SEO相关产品需求，和运营产品技术团队沟通并落实需求实施
任职要求：
1、熟悉各大搜索引擎的排名规则和Google算法技术
2、擅长网站页面优化，熟练使用各种搜索引擎优化工具
3、擅长关键词扩展和优化，对关键词有较为清晰的逻辑结构规划
4、3年以上SEO经验，有 SEO 项目的成功案例，（英文SEO的成功案例）
5、良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，较强的创新意识及分享意识，能够适应高压工作
6、较强的数据分析能力，擅长通过网站分析工具分析网站存在的问题并给出合理的解决方案

Job Responsibilities:
1. Plan the SEO structure of the English website and improve the ranking of the website in the Google search engine
2. Monitor, analyze, and evaluate website keywords, formulate keyword strategies, and improve keyword search rankings;
3. Responsible for the SEO project of the website, formulate strategies and supervise the implementation to ensure the achievement of traffic goals
4. Analyze the indexing and ranking rules of mainstream search engines such as Google and Bing, propose SEO strategies, and constantly adjust and improve the SEO implementation plans of each station
5. Analyze and summarize competitors' SEO methods and innovative practices, regularly put forward industry opinions, expand new business directions, and maintain industry-leading levels
6. Responsible for proposing SEO-related product requirements, communicating with the operational product technical team and implementing the requirements
Work requirements:
1. Familiar with the ranking rules of major search engines and Google algorithm technology
2. Good at website page optimization, proficient in using various search engine optimization tools
3. Good at keyword expansion and optimization, and have a clear logical structure plan for keywords
4. More than 3 years of SEO experience, with successful cases of SEO projects, (SEO success stories in English)
5. Good communication skills and teamwork spirit, strong sense of innovation and sharing, able to adapt to high-pressure work
6. Strong data analysis ability, good at analyzing the problems existing in the website through website analysis tools and giving reasonable solutions
