The Tatamagouche Centre in Nova Scotia is being handed over by the United Church to Wabanaki women as a tidy little reconciliation gesture, as reported. No vote from the broader public, no serious debate about precedent, just another elite-managed transfer wrapped in moral theatre. That is modern Canada in miniature: assets built inside the country are endlessly repackaged to serve ideological penance, while ordinary citizens are told to clap and feel enlightened.

Notice the pattern. Churches, governments, universities, media boards, all racing to outdo each other in symbolic surrender while the country buckles under housing pressure, mass immigration, institutional decay, and a ruling class allergic to national cohesion. Reconciliation has become less about justice than about permanent managerial guilt, administered by people who never miss a chance to trade away cultural continuity they did not build and will never defend.
