Mark Carney’s version of building Canada strong means cabinet decides, Parliament rubber-stamps, and Canadians are told this is national interest. Translation: less accountability, more executive fiat, and another omnibus monster sold as urgency. Trudeau-era habits with a banker’s polish are still Trudeauism.
