A Kirkuk court fined Kurdish man Hoshmend Hamid 500,000 IQD (~$382) for hanging a poster of martyred commander Ziyad Heleb in Kirkuk’s Kurdistan neighborhood.

Iraqi Security forces removed the poster, after which Hamid was arrested and referred to court.
