In Kirkuk, the so-called Iraqi Counter-Terror Forces killed a 15-year-old Kurdish boy, falsely claiming he was an ISIS terrorist.

They posed with his body and incorrectly assigned him the identity of an ISIS commander. The family of the victim demand immediate investigation and justice from the Iraqi government.
