The father of 15-year-old Muhammed Hemin has filed a formal legal complaint against the Iraqi Counter-Terrorism Service (CTS) after his son's death was disclosed.

The teenager died following a September 27 confrontation between CTS units and ISIS militants in the town of Pirde.
