📰 Supply chain analyst Tim Long says Apple is indeed testing a new release strategy – with iPhones launching both in fall and spring. The foldable iPhone (possibly iPhone Fold or Ultra) will be unveiled in September alongside the iPhone 18 lineup, but won’t go on sale until December.
💰 Early price leaks suggest:
• 256GB – from $2300
• 512GB – from $2600
• 1TB – from $2900
ℹ️ These are preliminary estimates based on the Chinese market and remain unconfirmed. Previously, Mark Gurman reported the device would cost at least $2000. Apple is also expected to release two more devices in spring:
• iPhone 18e
• either iPhone 18 Plus or iPhone Air 2
Notably, there haven’t been any prior rumors about an iPhone 18 Plus — so this could be a mistake, and Apple may actually be working on the second-gen iPhone Air.
