📰 Apple is reportedly preparing a new budget MacBook powered by the A18 Pro chip — and it’s expected to be revealed at a dedicated event in March.
What to expect:
• The A18 Pro chipset, offering performance close to the original Apple M1 and stronger than previous iPhone chips.
• Screen size will be slightly under 13″ (around 12.9″).
• The body will remain aluminum, using a new, more cost-efficient manufacturing process.
• Apple is reportedly testing bright color options like light yellow, light green, blue, pink, silver, and dark gray.
• Expected starting price is around $699, notably cheaper than the base MacBook Air at $999.
