1️⃣ New head of design and user interface
John Ternus now oversees both industrial design (hardware) and user experience (software). Design decisions remain collective — with input from Tim Cook, Craig Federighi, Greg Joswiak, and Eddy Cue. Previously, this role was led solo by Jony Ive.

2️⃣ Key iPhone Air designer leaves Apple
Industrial designer Abidur Chowdhury has exited Apple for an AI startup, saying: “My mission at Apple is complete.” He spent over six years at the company and appeared in official product presentation videos.
