Procrastination is putting things off for later when a person replaces important tasks with easier and more enjoyable actions, even realizing that deadlines and results will suffer from this.

•Ways to deal with procrastination:
1) Structure your affairs
Write down everything you need to do. Everything at all. And try to arrange them more or less evenly during the week!
Write out this structure on a sheet and do it in the “to-do” format: done - check the box next to it.
2) Divide the time in the day by tasks.
It's very easy to measure the time in a day. Everyone has the ability to set up a calendar with clock notifications or set up an alarm clock system on their phone.
3) Create rituals
Our brain likes consistency in small things. Rituals are small arrows that guide the psyche.
Conclusion:
• Procrastination is not a sign of a lazy nature, but a way of the psyche to cope with stress, just very expensive in terms of consequences.
