🇬🇧 Reduced version of Group Help
The reduced version of Group Help starts operation instead of the "complete" version when the server has some problems or a scheduled maintenance is performed.

Most of the controls are still fully functional.

When the reduced version is running some commands and functions are turned off:
• Any operation in private chat with the bot
• Settings configuration
• Roles: mod/cleaners/free are like normal users
• Roles management commands (/mod, /cleaner, etc.)
• Info or warning commands
• Custom commands
• Scheduled deletion, self-destruction, total deletion and delall commands
• Official support through bots, use official groups instead

• In case of an automatic punishment set to "warn" a "mute for 10 minutes" punishment will be given.
• In case of an automatic punishment set to "ban" a "mute for 60 minutes" punishment will be given.
