Answering your questions about Fiverr Go (Part 1 of 3)

Well, the cat is out of the bag by now!

Over 150 of you guys joined us in person, alongside 20,000 online as we proudly unveiled the marking of a new era of human talent with our latest product, Fiverr Go.

As we discovered on Tuesday, this cutting-edge product offers a suite of AI-powered tools designed to help you scale your business to extraordinary heights so that you can work smarter, not harder.

While this is such a game-changing update, I can imagine that along with all the enthusiasm, your brain is probably teeming with questions about how the product works and how to get the most out of it. Here are answers to some of our most commonly asked questions so far:

🔸 Fiverr GO Personal Assistant

▪️ Who is eligible to subscribe to the Fiverr Go Personal Assistant?

Currently, the Personal Assistant is available to freelancers, Seller Plus Premium sellers, and all sellers Level 2 and above. We plan to expand eligibility in the future.

▪️ Can I choose when the assistant is active?

Yes. Freelancers can set their Personal Assistant’s availability based on the following settings:

▫️ Always (24/7): The Personal Assistant responds at all times.
▫️ When you're offline: The Personal Assistant replies only when you’re not online.
▫️ Custom schedule: Set specific days and hours.
▫️ Client type: Choose whether the PA answers Pro clients or not.

▪️ How do I configure the assistant’s triggers and responses?

The Personal Assistant is configured first by the freelancer’s profile, Gigs, and conversation history data. During the onboarding process, freelancers will also be allowed to review responses from the Personal Assistant and give feedback. After onboarding, the freelancer can further configure the settings by refining the hand-off triggers, where there is the option to input what topics in conversation will result in a pass-off to the freelancer.

▪️ Can I customize the assistant’s name and avatar?

You must set a custom name for the assistant, however, the avatar is pre-set by Fiverr and cannot be changed.

▪️ Can I reset or reconfigure the assistant?

The Personal Assistant can be reset and reconfigured using the settings page in several ways-

▫️ Turn the Personal Assistant on or off and set it to answer only specific clients.
▫️ Select the assistant’s language.
▫️ Configure when the Personal Assistant should contact the freelancer to join a conversation.
▫️ Configure the assistant's name
▫️ Provide feedback on the Personal Assistant's performance. This feedback will be used to continually improve the AI Creation Model.

▪️ What happens if my auto-replies are on or if I’m out of office?

When the Personal Assistant is active, the freelancer’s auto-replies are disabled to avoid duplicate responses. When the freelancer is "out of office," the Personal Assistant automatically turns off and stops responding to client messages.
