🇮🇷 | IRGC spokesperson: Regional governments and peoples have realized that US bases do not provide them with security:

In a message to our neighbors, I believe that the governments and peoples of the region have realized that these bases not only do not provide security, but are themselves a factor contributing to insecurity.

America spent trillions of dollars and deployed extensive equipment, military infrastructure, and various types of weaponry, claiming to provide security for the region. However, these bases not only failed to contribute to security, but became a threat to regional stability.

The current condition of these bases shows that they were not even capable of defending themselves. A large portion of these bases has been damaged and is effectively unusable, while rebuilding them is not economically justifiable for America.

Therefore, these bases will no longer be providers of security, and the countries of the region have also realized this reality.

In our view, the Mecca regional pact concluded between Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, and Türkiye was an effective step toward ensuring security through the countries of the region themselves and reducing the influence of foreign powers.

This process shows that countries have become aware of the necessity of this approach, and if any country has not yet reached this understanding, it will realize this reality in the near future.

“In any form and under any circumstances, we will certainly not remain inactive or indifferent in the face of America’s blockade. We have various methods and measures, and in order to prevent this blockade from causing serious damage to us, we have already implemented some of them.

This economic blockade is a major crime against a nation, against patients in need of medicine, against global trade, against the livelihood of a nation, and against the economy of a country.

As defenders of this land and defenders of the people, we will never allow these blockades to cause serious harm to the people, the country, or our economy, and this blockade will certainly not be possible.

America can never block our relations and exchanges with our neighbors. It may create restrictions, but it can never completely block them.

Our country is vast, and we have 15 neighboring countries. We have thousands of years of relations with our neighbors and share many commonalities with them — generational, religious, and cultural ties.

America can never close all the routes against us. It will certainly be defeated.”

The reason we address the American people in our letter rather than the American government is that we are telling the truth, and this truth is not in the interests of the ruling establishment in America and is against its interests.

Our letter has no impact on the American government and may even anger them, but it has an impact on the American people, because not all American people are seeking profit or simply trying to fill their pockets.

The American ruling establishment opposes and will take action against anything that seeks to raise awareness and communicate the facts.

The fact that some media outlets are not allowed to enter the White House is because they have reported the facts, even though they are not Iranian media outlets and are not supporters of Iran.
