🔸 در این مقاله به موضوع بکارگیری هوش مصنوعی، خصوصا «هوش جامع مصنوعی» (AGI) بعنوان برنامه‌ریز مرکزی با تمرکز بر دو موضوع «مساله دانش» و «نا اطمینانی» پرداختم و یک پرسش را بررسی کردم: آیا هوش مصنوعی می‌تواند به‌طور متمرکز و کارآمد منابع را تخصیص داده و جای بازار را بگیرد؟


🔶 Abstract:

This essay explores the potential and limitations of Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) in the context of economic decision-making and resource allocation. It examines the concept of tacit knowledge, its role in economic decision-making, and its relationship with cognitive psychology. The essay also presents a novel explanation of Knightian uncertainty and its impact on the allocation of economic resources. The main question addressed is whether AGI can efficiently and centrally allocate resources and supplant the market. The essay concludes that while AGI can be beneficial for economic agents, it cannot supplant the market. Furthermore, the responsibility for decisions made by AGI should be borne by the economic agents employing it. This underscores the critical role of human oversight and responsibility in the application of AGI.
