- For team-wide settings, go to Global Settings → Browser Settings → Multiple sessions and turn it on.
- Only need it for one Profile? Go to Create Profile / Edit → Advanced Settings → Multiple sessions → Allow, then click Confirm.

For example, you can:

🔄 Shared a Profile? Make Sure the Right Data Follows It

So the Profile is shared. But what about the data inside it? Will that sync too when someone else opens it? Don't worry. This is what Data Sync is built to handle.

🔍 What can follow the Profile?

With Data Sync, you can choose which browser data gets synced to the cloud:
• Cookies and login sessions
• Account Passwords and Bookmarks
• Local Storage, IndexedDB, and Extension Data
So when another team member opens the Profile on a different device, the synced data is already available there.

✔️ Control who can update cloud data:

If every member can update cloud data, one logout may affect the login state others get later. Turn on Prevent Members from Overwriting Cloud Data and choose which Member Groups can update it. Everyone else can still use the Profile without changing the shared cloud login state.

⚙️ Where to find Data Sync:

- For all Profiles: Global Settings > Data Settings > Data Sync
- For one Profile: Profiles > Edit > Advanced Settings > Data Sync
- Choose Global Settings to use the team-wide setup, or Custom to set different sync rules for that Profile.

👉 Need to Hand a Profile to Someone Else? Just Share It

Ever had a Profile already prepared, but the person who needs to work on it is in another team? That’s what Profile Sharing is for. Share the existing Profile with a user or Team ID, and decide exactly what they’re allowed to do.

💬 What happens when you share a Profile?

• Choose what they can do. Let them Open Profile, or give them permission to edit Profile too.
• Share one Profile or a whole group. Need to hand over dozens of prepared Profiles? Select them and share them in one batch instead of doing it one by one.
• Stay in control after sharing. Check Profiles > My share to see what’s still being shared. When the work is done, simply Cancel sharing to remove their access.

📍 To share multiple Profiles: Select Profiles > More Actions > Shared profile
➡️ Enter the user email or Team ID, choose the permissions, complete Password Verification, and click Confirm.

⭐️ Set Profile Access Around Your Team’s Working Hours

You’ve decided which Profiles each member can access. But should that access stay open all day? With Profile Group Access Time, you can set clear access hours for each member.

⚙️ How to Set It Up

- Go to Team > Members, edit the member, and select the Profile group(s) they need.
- Then click Set group access time, turn on Time restriction, and set the Daily access time and Time zone.

✔️ Combine It with Other Team Features

For example, a teammate only manages 5 client accounts from 09:00 to 14:00:
• Give them the right Member Group and Profile Group, so they only get the accounts and permissions needed for that role.
• Set Profile Group Access Time for 09:00–14:00, then use Profile Field Visibility Restriction and Concurrent Profile Limit to keep what they can see and use within the same job scope.

💡 Profile Usage Getting Overloaded? Set a Concurrent Limit

A lot of teams told us they wanted more control over how many Profiles members can keep open at the same time. We’ve heard you. That’s why Concurrent profile limit is now available.

🔍 What is it?

Super Admins can set the maximum number of Profiles each member can open at the same time on the same device. For example, set the limit to 3, and a member will need to close one Profile before opening a fourth.

⚙️ How to use it?

• Go to Global Settings > Profile Settings > Concurrent profile limit
• Set the number of Concurrent profiles
• Choose the Active member group
Once configured, the rule takes effect automatically and the Super Admin is not affected by this limit.

🔍 Does Everyone on Your Team Need the Same Profile List?

Probably not. When different team members handle different Profiles, you can set up the Profile List for them in advance instead of asking everyone to adjust it themselves.

Under Global Settings > Profile Settings, Super Admins can control these things:

👀 What information should members see? → Profile list field permissions

Choose which Profile fields are displayed, arrange their order, and select the Active member group the setting applies to.

🔼 Which Profiles should appear first? → Profile list sorting

Set the default Sort field and Sort order, so members start with the Profile List organized the way your team normally uses it.

💳 How many Profiles should appear on one page? → Profile List Pagination

Set the number of Profiles displayed per page, so members do not need to adjust it themselves.

💬 What Can Each Team Member Actually Access?

Growing teams need clearer access, not more manual setup. With DICloak’s Member Groups and Profile Groups, you can organize team access around roles and responsibilities.

🔒 Member Groups define what each team can do

Go to Team > Groups to create a Member Group, then choose exactly what members in that group can access and do. The same permissions apply to everyone in the group and update together when changed. For example, you can let operators:
• access Profiles, but not Proxy or Manage Extensions
• View profile list and Open profile
• restrict actions such as Create profile, Edit profile, or Clone profile

💳 Profile Groups define which Profiles each member can access

Go to Profile Groups to group related browser Profiles, then assign one or more groups to members under Team > Members. You can also set access times for each assigned group when needed. For example, you can:
• give Team A access to one client’s Profiles and Team B to another
• let one member access several Profile Groups when needed
• change access by updating the group assignment instead of Profiles one by one

🔒 Manage Members Based on How They Work With Your Team

When accounts are shared across a team, it’s not just about who gets access. You also need to decide how each person joins and keep track of their access after that. In DICloak, you can handle both from the same Members page.

✔️ Choose the right Member Type

• Internal Member: For staff who mainly work inside your team. The team creates their Username and Password, and can manage login verification and logged-in devices.
• External Member: For contractors, agencies, or partners who may work across different teams. Add them by email, and they can keep using their own DICloak account across teams.

🔍 Keep track of access after they join

• For staff changes or temporary access, update the Member status or Deactivation time directly.
• When login details change, check the member’s device, IP, and Username to quickly understand the situation.

Go to Team > Members to add an Internal Member or External Member. Once added, use the same Members page to update their status or deactivation time, and check login details such as device, IP, and Username when needed.

🔄 Moving to DICloak? Migrate Your Existing Profiles Faster

Migrating Profiles usually means exporting files or preparing import templates. Moving from GoLogin or Dolphin{anty}? With Migrate profiles, just enter the API Access Token and start the migration.

📦 What gets transferred?

Key Profile data can move with you, including:
• Profile names, account platforms, passwords, notes, and proxy information
• User-Agent, language, time zone, WebRTC, Canvas, WebGL, resolution, and other browser settings
• Cookies when supported by the paid version of GoLogin or Dolphin{anty}

1. Go to Automation > Open API > Migrate profiles
2. Select GoLogin or Dolphin{anty}
3. Enter the API Access Token, and then click Start Migration

⚠️ migrated Profiles will first appear under Ungrouped. Local data such as extension data and bookmarks is not currently migrated. Incompatible settings may also be converted to DICloak defaults.

🔔 Set Profile Group Access Time

• Go to Team > Members and edit the target member
• Choose a Profile group and set its access time and time zone
• Match Profile access with shifts or working hours instead of relying on manual reminders

🔴 Stop Batch Profile Opening

Opened the wrong Profiles or selected too many? You can now Stop an ongoing batch opening before the remaining Profiles launch, saving the extra wait and cleanup.
