Growing teams need clearer access, not more manual setup. With DICloak’s Member Groups and Profile Groups, you can organize team access around roles and responsibilities.
🔒 Member Groups define what each team can do
Go to Team > Groups to create a Member Group, then choose exactly what members in that group can access and do. The same permissions apply to everyone in the group and update together when changed. For example, you can let operators:
• access Profiles, but not Proxy or Manage Extensions
• View profile list and Open profile
• restrict actions such as Create profile, Edit profile, or Clone profile
💳 Profile Groups define which Profiles each member can access
Go to Profile Groups to group related browser Profiles, then assign one or more groups to members under Team > Members. You can also set access times for each assigned group when needed. For example, you can:
• give Team A access to one client’s Profiles and Team B to another
• let one member access several Profile Groups when needed
• change access by updating the group assignment instead of Profiles one by one
