Ever had a Profile already prepared, but the person who needs to work on it is in another team? That’s what Profile Sharing is for. Share the existing Profile with a user or Team ID, and decide exactly what they’re allowed to do.
💬 What happens when you share a Profile?
• Choose what they can do. Let them Open Profile, or give them permission to edit Profile too.
• Share one Profile or a whole group. Need to hand over dozens of prepared Profiles? Select them and share them in one batch instead of doing it one by one.
• Stay in control after sharing. Check Profiles > My share to see what’s still being shared. When the work is done, simply Cancel sharing to remove their access.
📍 To share one Profile: Profiles > […] next to the Open button > Share
📍 To share multiple Profiles: Select Profiles > More Actions > Shared profile
➡️ Enter the user email or Team ID, choose the permissions, complete Password Verification, and click Confirm.
